小型三相感应电动机 FH系列的高效率化技术（全7页）
由于全球变暖，环境问题变得重要，向低碳社会的转变被提出来。另一方面，电动机的消耗电力占世界总消耗电力的约40%，在小型电动机方面也要求推进高效率化。东方马达应对这一问题，推出了FH系列的高功率、高效率三相感应电动机。本文将介绍小型三相感应电动机的损耗分析，以及FH系列采用的高效率化技术和与原有产品的特性比较等。
With global warming, the environmental problems have become important action assignments, and the transition to the low-carbon society is being requested. It is assumed that the power consumption of electric motors occupies about 40% of the total power consumption in the world, and a promotion to high efficiency is requested for small electric motors, too. We lined up the FH Series of the high-power, high-efficiency three-phase induction motors corresponding to it. In this article, we introduce the loss analysis of the small three-phase induction motor, the high-efficiency technology that was adopted by the FH Series, and the characteristics comparison with the conventional products, etc.

Recently, the market need is increasing for high speed, high precision, and other improvements in general machinery and equipment. Consequently, higher performance is also being demanded for motors. AC servomotors are being used in such machinery and equipment for their ability to operate at high speed and high output torque, and their highly reliable operation through encoder and other sensor information. The NX Series AC servomotor and driver package that equips four control modes possible to operate without bothersome tuning was released in August, 2007 with the concept of “Making it simple to achieve high performance”. This time, it newly lined up 50W and 100W output power in motor frame size □42mm, 400W output power in motor frame size □60mm, 750W output power in motor frame size □85mm, and the high-precision planetary PJ geared types in motor frame size □104mm. In this article, we introduce the features and the characteristics of the NX Series adding the property data of these products.

In this article, we introduce the types and the features, and explain the basic characteristics, the difference of the characteristics when it is combined with a position control motor. By utilizing these data, the selection of coupling can be done according to the usage.
